The Write Place - cafe In-Person

Come along and join us in the St Luke's Library Foyer (enter the library and spot us from our posters)

What our cafes provide:

  • A space to focus on your writing. 
  • An opportunity to explore techniques for improving your writing using our Guided Independent learning resources.
  • Guidance from an academic English expert - to help you continue to develop as a writer.

How to participate

  • Bring a laptop and get logged in as soon as you arrive. 
  • Get on with your work, but let us know if you need us.
  • We will be with you as soon as we can.

Tutors can make suggestions on improving your academic English, provide feedback on a short piece of writing, or just answer your questions and settle your doubts. If we think you need more time, we will help you to book a writing tutorial or recommend other classes.
